Staff Training
  • Induction Training

    New employees will get induction training in order to understand the company's vision, history, general situation, business scope, business philosophy, core values, the personnel system, administrative management system, professional ethics and professionalism, and staff career planning, etc. All relevant departments shall work out corresponding on-the-job training and orientation guide plan for new employees. Ability training Refers to the company to update and expand knowledge and ability to improve employee job and promotion, improve the efficiency of the training.Basically include: management skills, leadership, decision thinking ability, etc.;Role change, higher vocational skills, management skills training, etc.;Sales management, professional spirit and professional quality, etc. External courses To develop the employee's thinking, trigger inspiration, further improve the management level and ability, the backbone of the prominent personnel can be sent to external professional training institutions to participate in short-term courses, including various external education institutions, training center, hosted by short-term training courses, seminars, etc.
  • Jobs and business training

    According to the work related, employees will participate in various jobs and business training by related departments , the contents of the training include:
    (1)the department's main function, responsibility, rules and regulations;
    (2)position responsibility, business operation flow, and guidance。
  • Ability training

    The training is conducted to update and expand knowledge and ability of the employee to help improve his job promotion and working efficiency. Basically it includes: management skills, leadership, decision thinking ability, etc.; role change, higher vocational skills, management skills training, etc.; sales management, professional spirit and professional quality, etc。
  • External courses

    To develop the employee's thinking capability, enlighten inspiration, and improve the management level and ability, some staff can be sent to join in external professional training including short-term training courses, seminars, etc by various external education institutions and training center。
Training appraisal
  • Internal training appraisal organized by the human resources department;

  • All training record, training report and evaluation appraisal are put in archive by human resources department, as staff's important references for personal performance and job promotion。
